The well famed Paraiso Bay is slowly but surely becoming a massive megaproject with a similar size to the bay itself. The third tower, called Paraiso Tower, was just started; complementing the other two that already stand firm in place.  More towers are scheduled to be built inland in the near future. The real estate in the Miami area might soon go completely wild, with prices for condos skyrocketing due to the huge number of international investors and buyers.

One Paraiso is designed by a reputable Italian called Enzo Enea, featuring interiors by Piero Lissoni. Together, these two Italian architects have done a marvelous job by creating one of the best buildings in the Miami bay area.  As someone intimately involved in the project, i can tell you from personal experience this is going to be one of the most exciting projects the City of Miami has seen in a long time. The tower will face north and will be placed next to the waterfront park. Its 53 stories will stand tall and proud among other towers. Two other towers are also planned, one of them hosting a huge hotel.
